Refund Policy

All of our products are handmade by us and we won't knowingly let anything that doesn't meet our exacting standards leave our premises but being handmade, please allow for minor variations.

Since the products we make are foods we obviously cannot accept returns. However, we are so sure that you will love our chocolates that if you are not completely satisfied then please let us know immediately and we will fully refund your order.

You refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
